Which games force you to use it? Any game that needs monitor capture probably can use window capture (with or without compatibility mod enabled).

Either way, lets remove the game capture (DWM and monitor capture from global sources and go from there.

Some games that are in beta like Blade and soul , duelyst
the options are:
Game capture
Game capture with anti cheat hook enabled
window capture (game needs to be in windowed or windowed no border)
window capture with compatibility mode enabled
then lastly monitor capture, which can only show non full screen games with the exception of windows 10.

try this from top to bottom. make sure you remove the game capture before you go to window capture as a scene can only be captured once.

Do me a favor and uninstall Razer Synapse, if thats not it you can always just reinstall it.

Drop your bitrate to 2000-2300 if they are buffering. buffering is not on your side.
