I couldn't find the two options you asked for but i changed the buffering to 700 ran it for 5 mins i got crap ton of dropped frames https://gist.github.com/1c481d1fb5223edba20d https://gist.github.com/ddb8fca3e586d420cf8f turned the res down couldn't tell if it came up and then back at old settings with the 700 https://gist.github.com/35d422ebc6a2a7718f09
yeah, make sure disable aero is unchecked.

It says something like sync audio time or timestamps not to far from the scene buffering location.

Also, all of those logs still show Aero is disabled.

Yeah i turned that off and im still getting high cpuusage
do you have a logfile to reflect that? I'm only asking because if OBS says aero is disabled, game capture and sometimes window capture will use up much more CPU than necessary.

Make sure the logfile is from recording or streaming for at least 5 minutes of action.
