Hey ! I dont know if this sounds silly or not but i recently bought an elgato to stream to twitch from my ps4. My question is how do i hide the friend request or messages i receive on ps4 during the stream? Or if i press the home button(the middle one) on my ps4 controller it will show the home screen with all the games i got and friends and my real name and i dont like that. When i watch a live stream and someone receives a message/ friend request it is blurred so that the viewers cant see anything. Hope you guys understand what i mean.

You can't. A capture card will record everything that the console sends out over the video cable.
Set up a second 'privacy' scene in OBS and switch to it before hitting the home button. You can also set up a second account without your real name on it, just your streaming identity. That's what I do. But there's no way to block friend-request/message/etc popups as they're a part of the video feed.
