Hi i never had that problem before , i didnt instal other apps for streaming like it saying here
Slower preset in use

The server you are streaming to (rtmp://live-fra.twitch.tv/app) took a very long time to connect. This could be due to a poor connection, server problems or streaming to a server that is a long distance away from you. Streaming to servers that are closer to you often results in the best results. If you are using twitch.tv, try using JTVPing to find an optimal server.
Hook conflict detected

the best server for me is germany , i try the best server ping with JTVPing , the only programs what i have been haved opened was steam and obs ! my speed test is http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4349808213
