Question / Help Hey I have issues with streaming

Hey Im trying to mess with my settings so that i can stream League of Legends and Counter Strike Go with Medium settings without having stream lag and in game lag. I have roughly 60 upload and download speed. What settings should I edit and what else can I do.

you need to use quicksync encoding.

I tried quick sync but then I lag in game.. Please help.! @AndehX
