Hey can someone help me out with obs i am trying to mute a window for my stream while i can listen to another stream so they can not hear it?

That's not how the Windows audio subsystem works, unfortunately.

There might be a way to do this with VB-Audio or VAC, but it's a fairly complicated process and may not work at all if you can't assign your browser's audio to a specific output device.

Browsers usually use the default desktop audio device. There is no way to change that, as far as i know.

If you use VLC to watch your streams (there should be a guide on google how to do that) you could select the audio device and exclude it from your stream.
