my obs is saying it cant error parsing file with a link to a config file on my scenes how do i fix i cant include logs becaus e it wont open for it to crash

Delete the file listed in the error message.

i did it didnt work i uninstalled and reinstalled like 5 times

Uninstalling doesn't delete the file. Go to the directory listed and delete it yourself. While you're there, delete C:\Users\camo\AppData\Roaming\OBS\scenes.xconfig as well.

I've run into the same problem today, and the file can't be found? I've searched the directories but there is no file by that name so I can't delete it. And obviously I can't start up OBS as a result. Any advice?

The search you did doesn't include hidden folders.
