I wanna record minecraft but when i start recording it for the first 2 or 3 second its ok but then it freeze and stop recording i don't know what's wrong maybe settings.

Your limited CPU (Intel Pentium CPU G2030) is a problem preventing proper 1080p 30 fps recordings in OBS when using x264 encoder.

You will need to reduce output (scaled) resolution to maybe 960x540, and/or reduce frame rate.

You may try x264 preset of SuperFast or UltraFast at some cost of quality or bigger filesize.
