Question / Help help!!

Hey guy's im not sure how to fix my little problem i'm having.... I was hopeing that some or even just one of you can help me...

My issue is that Whenever I stream there is so, so, so much lag and the stream and both my broadcaster freeze and stay frozen for a very long time.... also the high CPU usage as well.... I've used the default settings to see if that worked also I used settings that Twitch and even Picarto user's tried telling me as well, I've messed around with plenty of things but nothing is helping....


I am running windows 10....
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 3558U @ 1.70GHz 1.70
Installed RAM: 4.00 GB
System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64 based processor

I may mistake here put i am 100% sure ur processor is bad for streaming. and i think optimal would be atleast 8 gigs of ram+ ur graphis card is wery important :)i dont think it is possible to stream whit this computer atleast whit this Processor :) allso u can post ur obs logs i dont know how to read them myself but here is people who can help you out :)

You will hable to Record/stream 480p maximum i think with this kind of processor. With my I7 3K is still difficult to stream Big game in 720P..

It worked well before on my other laptops and computer that had the same processor though.... do any of you know some setting that may help even just a little bit?
