Hello , if you could give me some settings for my PC I will be very happy.
PC Specs : Intel Core 2 Duo 2.93 GHz
Ram : 4 GB Dual Channel DDR3 531 MHz
Graphics : AMD Radeon R7 250 - 1 GB 128-bit GDDR5
Motherboard : Hewlett-Packard 3647h
OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
Storage : 1 TB Seagate
Monitor : Philips 190S (1280x1024@75Hz)

I want to record only games and my desktop with FaceCam at high fps.

I am not sure you will be able to do this, but you can try of course (Your CPU is severely underpowered).
Bitrate 1000, Buffer 0, CBR not checked, Quality 10
Base Resolution 1280x1024, FPS: 30
And in the advanced settings switch the encoding preset from "veryfast" to "ultrafast".
