Hello. I am a new user of OBS and i begin streaming GTA5 on xbox 360 with Elgato Game Capture HD. I have some problems.
1. Sound delay: when i start streamin the sound of my game has a delay, but the sound not. How can i fix this because i want to stream with my friend on skype, ant if i add a delay it bugs a lot.
2. My stream quality: I have an 9.000 kbit/s upload speed (http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4043847239) and i read that i can use 80 percent of my upload speed as bitrates, bus as more bitrates i do more it laggs. I am streaming not on a 720p (1280x720) resolution, but I want on 1080p (1980x1080) so i need about 3.500 bitrates, but if i do 3,5k bitrates it laggs much. I mean I want to stream good quality but I don't understand why it laggs.
3. My CPU: when I start streamin my CPU usage is about 80 percent... so my whole pc starts lagging. How can I fix this?

Windows 8.1
Proc.: intel(R) core i5 3.00 Ghz
RAM: 6GB
GPU: nVidia GeForce GT 660
Monitor: LG 1980x1080
