Question / Help Help with Webcam and Audio

Hello again everyone. So I have 2 small (hopefully small) problems:

1. I don't get the high encoding message on my OBS anymore, but when I do a log report, it still says that I have some skipped frames, but I don't see that.

2. I just bought a Logitech HD C920 Webcam today, and it seems to work fine. This webcam also has a microphone feature. When I was doing a test stream with a friend, he told me that my game volume was overpowering my voice. I'm not too sure on how to lower my game volume and raise my microphone volume from my webcam.

Any suggestions would help. I know the microphone from the webcam is not the best, but I will be using this until I get a blue yeti in the future.

s a volume control for each on the main window of OBS. each volume is in red, one for mic one. I believe the one on the right is for game volume. lower it a bit.
