Question / Help help with the setting in obs for best streaming

here is my internet speed

my computer spec:

processor is a intel core i7 4770k
i got 8 gb of ram
my motherboard is a asus maximus vi gene
my videocard is a invidia geforce: phantom 680

so what should my settings be if i stream with obs to twitch.tv

Have you tried the estimator? http://obsproject.com/estimator

Seems like you could stream HD with that computer without much issue if you wanted. 720p 60fps, 3000 bitrate approximately.

i have try iy but i dont feel that my stream is good i feel i lags and just as you know my screen is 1680x1050
