I've been having a very specific problem with using OBS to stream a nintendo switch through discord with an Elgato HD60, and I've stumbled across a solution by accident but I've forgotten the exact method of how to do it.
Basically: I want to stream with the switch through discord but I don't want to hear the game audio from OBS while streaming, only from my tv, and I'm not sure how to mute OBS without also muting the audio that's being streamed through discord. I want to be able to speak in the discord call while playing, so muting my whole computer while streaming is out of the question.
I've been able to get it to work before, but I've been trying to recreate the situation and I can't figure out how to get it to work again.
My monitor doesn't have speakers built in, so I use Sanyun Multimedia Speakers 2.0. I believe it had something to do with the audio monitoring, and I tried a bunch of different things in a call with a friend but I couldn't get it to a point where they could hear the game audio without the audio also coming from my speakers.
My OBS is also version 27.2.3
