Help with streaming pc game to another pc

I am trying to stream TF2, but the game lags when I use any type of streaming software, so I opted to run the streaming software on a different pc. This works and my game now runs smoothly, but I have now two new problems.

• Stream audio is off sync by approximately 1 second
• Stream lags a lot

I'm not too worried by the stream lagging, since I still haven't troubleshoot it yet, but the audio is going to be a problem. I can't get the audio to play through both the pc running the game and the pc running the stream. I've tried stereo mix, but it continued to play audio through just the default speaker.
If I set default audio to the pc running the game, the stream has no audio.
If I set default audio to the pc running the stream, the game has no audio and the stream audio is off sync.
Am I doing something wrong? Is it even possible? Is there anyway for me to stream without the audio being off sync?
