Question / Help help with stream

Hi I'm having a 4tg Gen i5 4670, gtx 770 and 8gb computer plus fiber op internet up to 160 mbps d/l speed and up to 60 upload speed




What setting should I set? I'm always lagging during stream!!

Could you be more specific in exactly how you are lagging? Is your game/system lagging? Is the stream lagging? Is your multiplayer ping lagging?

Could you also post a log file as well?
