Question / Help Help with stream settings (League of Legends)

Hey guys, I have one and last following problem with my stream, if I am ingame it is lagging a little bit,

have a quad core processore, 4,6 ghZ amd fx 4800

Grafic card: Nvidia GTX 650

Upload: 5k.

Dont know whats the problem.

Hope anyone of u can help me
