Question / Help Help with Stream quality

I've a problem with my steam quality on obs being pixelated with high motion games not matter what i do if i change resolution fps etc always look pixelated.

My setting apparently are well configured for resolution i set, current right now my obs settings is 1080p@30fps 3000kbps with a bitrate/buffer without dropped frame. I see other streamers with less bitrate a look so much better than mine.

I'm not sure what I might've did wrong or need to change to improve the stream quality. Here my hardware specs:

i7-4930K CPU @ 3.40GHz
16GB RAM
Upload: 6Mbits/s

Due to Twitch's 3500 Kbps bandwidth limit, high motion 1080p30 content is never going to look that great. You can either try a more demanding preset (your 4930K should be able to handle faster or maybe fast well enough), but if that doesn't provide the results you're looking for then you should downscale your stream resolution.
