So I'd like to stream some Singleplayer and maybe MP games [ if possible due to my upload ]. I've been a part of twitch since march 2013 and wanted to try out streaming.

Here's my rig:
Intel Core i7 6700 @ 3.40GHz
MSI GTX 970 4GB
8GB DDR4 @ 2666MHz

Resolution about 900p [ Yes still using a shit monitor ]

Now, the worst part, my connection...
I ran an ookla test to a random server [ Cologne ] and here are the results.

Is there any way I can stream with this? And if yes, what bitrate/settings?

I personally would never stream with only 890kbps upload speed. 890 isn't even saying that can be sustained to twitch. also note that you do not want to have ANY streams up while you encode. in fact. the most you should do is a popout chat.

your bitrate/buffer would need to be 550 and audio bitrate somewhere in the realm of 64kbps

multiplayer games need roughly 256kbps

this would leave you downscaling to 300p from 900p.

fps 30 or 24fps.
