Hello im now streaming in 540p @ 48 FPS / 2200 Bitrate. Game is smooth but quality is very bad and i dont get it its like 0,089 bpp! Thats not possible.

I see so many streamers runing ( H1Z1 game ) with 720p @ 60 FPS / 2200 - 2500 Bitrate only and their game look so awesome and not pixelated. I have in 540p more pixelated than their in 720p with almost same Bitrate hows that possible??
 
Keep in mind that the video you see on twitch is likely going to be stretched from its 540P base, to a bigger size. On 1080P, the window size is generally about 1280x720 for the video, meaning that you're seeing a stretched image by default.

Without a log, I can't help you with settings though. But I will say Most of the H1Z1 streamers I've seen stream at 3k to 3500
