Hello can you give me good settings for this component ? :
1.Video Card : NVIDA GeForce GT 730
2.Ram 4 (ddr2)
3.Porcessor : AMD Athlon(tm) Dual Core Porecessor 4850e (2 CPUs) 2.5 GHz

Since you didn't post a log of you recording or streaming for 5 minutes or more that would be my best guess, so yes really.

So 480p seems about for you, but I would enable Aero (both in OBS and windows).

Make sure that your audio format is the same as windows audio devices currently you have OBS set to 48kHz (48000Hz) so if windows audio is set to 44100Hz format, then you'll need to change OBS to match

If you are local recording only, set your buffer (not biitrate) to 0 and uncheck CBR

Lastly, set scene buffering to 700ms


Post another log with the same 5 minute recording.
