Downloadspeed 10mb/s Uploadspeed between 2-4mb/s

I should be able to stream fluid or not?

post your logfile. and also the results of this for your region: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester
Note that H1Z1 is difficult to stream because of the high amount of grass and trees.
best bet is 720@30fps then drop the preset a little.

So what will i need to do now to go 720p? just change to 1280 x 720?

And from Nvidia Nvenc to x264 encoding?

Thanks so far

set downscale to 1280x720, leave base resolution alone. encoding tab to x264 then stream, stop and post the log.

if you wish for better quality, you can drop the preset some. I'd suggest medium preset. if you either start to lag in game or your stream is lagging, reduce it to fast, or faster preset. I believe by looking at this you can do medium but leave fps and downscale alone. this preset is only for the current setting you are using. if you increase either you will have to readjust the preset to compensate.

x264 preset set it to fast. If that goes well try medium. note that different games will be able to run different presets.

your fail-safe is always veryfast preset though
