when i stream runescape using obs, my ping delay is really high which makes it hard to play.

what is the best settings i should use? i am located in budapest, hungary. my upload speed is 2.0.

what is the best and recommneded settings i should use to help my ping be really low?

At the Broadcast Settings enable "Reduce Network Impact".

For a 2Mb upload you must stream at 1500 of Bitrate, lower if your Audio Bitrate is 128.

Just do like this, a simple math problem:

Video Bitrate + Audio Bitrate = 1500 Bitrate.
