Question / Help Help with recording?

Hi I recently downloaded OBS like 20 minutes ago and tried recording some Counter Strike to test and I noticed when the actual gameplay started it started lagging like crazy.
I have AMD Phenom II, 4gb RAM. GTX 650.
Can someone give me help>

I don't know what you mean so I chose the second out of 3 log files I have. That is everything that was in the notepad that came up.

Don't try to recording at 1080p60 with that hardware. You have a crapton of late/duplicated frames. I recommend downscaling to 720p and lowering to 30fps, and see if that helps.
