Question / Help Help With Recording

Hi,

I have a HP Pavilion 15 Notebook with 6gb RAM and a Intel Core i5-42000U CPU @ 1.60Hz 2.30Ghz
It's 64-bit and I need help with good, fluid recording for my YouTube. I play CS:GO, ETS2, GMOD and other games like that. Whenever I record with those games, it always freezes with the video. Even with Agar.io. I know, I probably need a better computer. So if somebody could tell me the settings, that would be great.

That's what i tried already and i still get choppy and freezing video.

The slower the preset sounds, the more cpu it uses to encode.

It's still terrible, The frame only change 2 or 3 times in a 1 minute recording but sound kept going.
