Help with recording and streaming settings for OBS on Lenovo Ideapad 1 14.0

Hello!
so I have a Lenovo Ideapad 1 14.0 laptop and I’ve been having issues with OBS with either the recording being very laggy or when I draw it’s very laggy but the recording comes out fine? I’m not sure what’s causing this and I’d really love to get my YouTube up and running, I’m a digital artist and I use paint tool SAI as my drawing program, not sure if that will help, I’m not sure if anyone could help me solve this issue, I’m not a Tec person so I’m not sure what I am doing, so if someone could help me with recording and streaming settings that work well I’d really appreciate it a lot, thank you very much! ^^

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Post a log from a complete session with recording in between.
