Hello guys,
sorry that i am asking a well known Question again on this forum but it keeps pestering my midn since i cant figure out how to fix it. So first off i really like OBS , it gives me a real easy to use Boradcasting software to Broadcast to Twitch and Stream my favourite Videogames.
The Problems i am encountering are the following:
First off my MCaffee Firewall seems to block out OBS even though i gave OBS full permissions to do whatever it pleases so i have to disable my Firewall to stream? Any Suggestions on a workaround would be really appreaciated.
2nd i Stream in 720P at 40FPS using 2200 Kbit/s as Bitrate and Buffer size.My Internet Uploadspeed is 10 Mbit/s so this should actually not be an issue or am i wrong? what makes it problematc is that some times my stream keeps buffering for multiple Users. Could it be a Problem that my x264 CPU setting is set on medium? I will add a list of my PC SPecs as well as a log down there. I choose my Server depending on JTVPing and use the fastest in the list which usually is either Amsterdam or Frankfurt for me.
3rd Sometimes OBS just randomly disconnects, it then reconnects and i can continue streaming, any idea what that could actually be? its not that it is a really big problem but i would rather just dont have that.

Processors: Intel Core i7 5930K Hexacore 3.5 Ghz
Graphic Cards: Zotac GTX 980 AMP! Extreme!
Memory: 16GB Corsair Velocity DDR4 Memory
if you need more information i will try to deliver it.
I hope somebody can come up with a good advise for me.
