Hi I'm pretty new to streaming/recording gameplay and really don't understand all the birate jargon and would appreciate some help in configuring the right settings. I have an I7 4720HQ CPU and a nvidia Geforce GTX 970M 3Gb graphics card, my upload speeds are not great normally ranging at 120 to 140mpbs sometimes lower during peak times. I expect to only be able to stream at 360p or 480p but when I've attempted to configure the settings it hasn't turned out great there is either alote of buffering for viewers or it is pixalated when I'm using my controller and moving the character any help would be appreciated :)
