i stream ok at the moment just that i have some black borders round my stream which well can be annoying just wondering if anyone knows how to tweak my settings to get optimal/better results for my stream.
System specs
i5 4430 @ 3.00Ghz
8Gb Ram
GTX Nvidia 260 4GB
Monitor native resolution 1440 x 900
[internet connection information]
internet connections 120mb but doing the auto test Download :: 11.9 Mbps 1.5 MB/s
Upload :: 4.2 Mbps 528 kB/s which is on the express test but if i manually choose speeds so download at 120mb for max and upload 33mb max test i get Download :: 14 Mbps 1.7 MB/s
Upload :: 5.7 Mbps 709 kB/s.
on speedtest website i get download 126.38Mbps and upload at 11.30Mbps.http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3650624280
My OBS settings
Encoding x264
CBR checked
CBR padding checked
Quality Balance 10
Max bitrate 4000 ( not sure if thats correct for my system )
audio AAC 96 bitrate 48Khz Stereo
Video Settings
Base Resolution Custom 1440 : 900
Aspect Ration 8:5 ( cant seem to change it to 16:9 ) which is what the 1440 x 900 is?
Resolution downscale none
FPS 60.
Also is there a way to get the delay from the stream minimized? just 2-3 minutes is kinda long i heard you cant get rid of it if your streaming on the machine your playing on but reducing it would be great? thanks
