Question / Help Help with OBS - Ingame freezing/Frame Drop

Hey guys, I've never posted here but I couldn't find an exact match that actually helped my case specifically. I can play League/WoW/etc. on the highest quality normally with it being super smooth (60+ fps). The problem is, when I begin streaming with OBS, I see a noticeable difference in frame skipping (I think this is the term?). When things begin to happen (as I attack something, or whatnot) in game, it happens more often. Also, when I get these skipped frames, sound stops at the same time. Keep in mind, these last for a split second (honestly probably just half a second) but they happen quite often.

Here are my specs:
Processor : Intel Core i5-4460 , 3.2 GHz
RAM: 8GB
GFX: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti
Gaming Graphics: (not sure what this is) 4095 MB Total available graphics memory

I'm using Windows 7 and the latest version of OBS, 64bit. I have an Asus motherboard.

My DL Speed is 80 MB/s, and my Upload speed is around 22 MB/s.

For the record, I have tried changing the downscale resolution to 720p, and I have the same issue. I have tried turning the graphics on League of Legends down to Low, same issue.

Also, bonus question: When I have my camera on and as a source on OBS, it seems like this happens WAY more often (and yes, I have changed the resolution for that too, and it didn't fix it).

I'll be here all night if anyone has any questions about my setup or attempts at fixing this. I really would like this to work and I appreciate anyone willing to help. Thanks! :D

PS: If anyone honestly needs me to, I can create a video of the problem I'm having. I'm not positive if it's going to show up as I record it, but it might. All of these problems are on my end I believe. I haven't checked the actual output on the stream.
