Question / Help Help with OBS best configuration

Hello guys ! I'm trying to find the best settings to record my gameplays but I just can't find it right.

My Computer:

• Core i5-4590 Haswell 3.3Ghz no overclock
• 8GM RAM 1600Mhz
• Gtx 960

I really not sure what bitrate/buffer/x264 custom command will affect my gameplay performance/quality.

I'd like to record games like: League of Legends, Dota, Rocket League, CSGO, Shadow of mordor...
Light games and some heavy ones.

I don't know if I'm capable of record every game on 60fps. But I'll record on 1920x1080.
