Question / Help Help with OBS and Astro Mixamp Stream Port

Hey everyone, I'm trying to use the stream port in my Astro Mixamp Pro to output all audio on stream. However, the problem I'm having is I can't control the audio once it gets onto my computer? Even if I'm not previewing the broadcast I'm hearing game audio via my computer.

Also, no amount of delay helps sync up the audio and video of the stream. The audio is immediately played on my computer and I guess that's where my problem is coming from. That's my guess at least.

Oddly enough I've got this weird phenomenon where my laptop is playing audio from my stream port despite all my audio outputs being disabled...
