I have problem having minor annoing lags and sometimes even big fps drops from 200 to 60 when i stream.
Cpu:Intel i5 2500K @ 4Ghz + Freezer 13
Motherboard:Asrock Z77 PRO4
Memory:Kingston Hyperx 8GB
Storage:Kingston ssd 128gb + 1T hdd
Graphicscard:GTX-660

Firstly I would set your audio bitrate to about 128 instead of 64 and such. Secondly I would set your FPS to 30 instead of 40 as 40 is an unusual FPS to use. Also set your encoding profile to main instead of high. Lastly change the x264 CPU Preset to whatever suits your PC.

what game are you streaming?

all you would have to change right now is go back to 30 fps and use the main profile
