Question / Help Help with local recording?

Ok so whenever i record my game i get this warning that says High encoding, but the problem that I have is that whenever i go back and watch the session I just recorded the video is too laggy, like you can hear the audio keeps going fine but the picture is just frozen and a few seconds later just gets back in sync with the audio.

So I need some help to fix that and I don't know if it matter but I'm playing Hearthstone.

My HP laptop specs(not sure if matters)

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4010U CPU @ 1.70GHz 1.70GHz
RAM: 4.00 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

Try using Quicksync encoding instead.
