Question / Help Help With Including Headset, Earphone, and Mic Sources In OBS

Okay, I have Googled and tried troubleshooting with VAC for about a day now and I have given in and would like some advice.

I can get OBS to record my mic and my optical cable (which is my default sound from my game) but then I would like it to be able to stream my Headset Earphone which is what Skype uses because I would like it to record our group. This is like this because my headset has 7.1 DD that uses Optical and then it has a set of stereo speakers in it for chat which Skype uses.

I have been able to get the stream to pickup all sources with VAC but I was able to hear myself in headset.
All I need to do is either combine these two playback devices as one for OBS to use or make Skype able to use two devices (If possible)

These are my exact sources and what they are just in case it would help:

Playback Devices:
1) Headset Earphone as Default Communications Device
2) Realtek Digital Output (Optical) as Default Device

Recording Devices:
1) Headset Microphone as Default Device

If you're using Realtek onboard sound for your headset you could try mirroring the Stereo Mix recording device to your Realtek Digital Output device.

If you're using Realtek onboard sound for your headset then you shouldn't have to do anything else. Any audio generated by the Realtek speakers playback device should also be output by the Stereo Mix device, which with the setting above can be mirrored to your Realtek Output (Optical) playback device that you're recording.
