Question / Help Help with finding Max streaming settings with my computer without it lagging?

so my computer specs are:
GPU:GeForce GTX 760 ti OEM
CPU: intel(r) core(tm) i7-4820k cpu @3.70GHZ
Memory: 8.00 GB ram
Current resolution 1920x 1080, 60gz
Operating system 8.1


so what would be the best max settings and best quality for my stream could it be 1080p or not ?
 
Faster/Fast preset in most of the games, if you are non partner use 3000-3300bitrate and buffer, 45fps for better quality and smooth picture as its on 60fps.
