Help with Dual Screen Layout

Hi, I stream to twitch mostly gaming.
Im wasndering how people sort and organise there dual screens, i mean i seem to have many bits of software open.

I have Twitch, OBS and the Game open.

So how do you guys layout your software when using dual screens? I mean the game has to go on the main screen, so how do you organise the layout on the second. I seem to have software behind software even if i try resizing it.
Surely we want to see whats going on , on all software right? or would you just keep OBS big, hide twitch and have game on full on main screen?

I mean i need most of it open dont I? I need twitch for the chat, i need the game and i need OBS to scenes etc..
Any advice/screenshots would be appreciated..

I have a hard time figuring out what you're even asking. Surely you're not having trouble dragging windows around in the first place...right???

For the details of how to arrange things...most people just fiddle with it and eventually settle into something that works "well enough" for what they do personally. No more rhyme or reason than that.
