Question / Help Help with Blurriness/Fuzziness

Hello, I'm not sure if I have posted this in the right place or not but I have an issue with my recording/streaming. I am able to stream and record fine with no errors when do either but when I do the recording and stream come out blurry. Large images and words look fine but other, smaller text looks really blurry and unclear. The game I am currently recording and streaming is World of Warcraft. I have tweaked my bitrate around and haven't noticed any change. If anyone could help that would be awesome I'll list my computer specs below and if you need any other information just let me know.

Computer Specs
AMD A6-6400K Black Edition
MSI Military Grade Motherboard
GTX 670
1TB HDD
8GB DDR3 Ram

Post a link to your logfile from the help menu. that is a weak APU so the tweaks you can do will be minor for streaming.

There is a link to my latest log. I would be ok with just being able to record clearly. I fuzziness is clearing me. Thank you for taking a look and my logs and any advice.
First, enable aero then remove the monitor capture and add a game capture, that will help with your weaker CPU. I would personally use NVENC instead of x264 in the encoding tab of settings.

if you game at 1680x1050, set that to your base resolution and downscale to around 1.5x which will be 1120x700. set filter to bilinear.

Set, set your bitrate to 2500-3000. no higher is needed.

Thanks a lot man, this worked. I'm looking to purchasing an i5 in the near future so I won't have that processor much longer. Thanks a lot for the help!

well an i5 can do up to 720@48 (Maybe 60fps with some games) at the highest. at this point with nVENC, there's really no reason to upgrade unless you want a slight improvement with quality.

if you want to upgrade buy an actual i7 or go with in xeon e3
That really depends on how much quality he is looking for. 720@30 should be fine with what he has and easilt done on a decent i5.

@Krizzy if you are looking for anything over 720@48fps, an i7 is strongly recommended. but as it stands, use what you have for now and see where that gets you. find out what you need when base your upgrade on those needs plus a little bit. if what you have works, there is no reason to upgrade, but if you find you need more than what NVENC can provide quality-wise, then i5 minimum or an i7 would be best.

thats the point ... the xeon costs 250 so does the i5 6600k so i'd rather have an hyperthreaded quadcore instead of an normal quadcore at this pricepoint. im not saying the i5 is bad, its just no worth going with one if you can buy the xeon at the same price
