Hello,

I've been wrestling with this for hours. Didn't want to bother anybody or flood the forum with a novice issue but I am officially at my limit. Should be noted that when recording gameplay strictly from my laptop everything works fine.

What I have:
Elgato HD60s
A performance Laptop
OBS capture software
Ps4
HDTV
Elgato Chat Link
Logitech headset (with y adapter) connected to elgato for game audio. Used this video as reference https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=133&v=kJAzQCGMZL0

HDCP is disabled.

While in-game the mixer was responsive. That is to say it was registering audio coming from the game. The mic/audio and desktop audio were pumping green. But upon watching the playback there was no audio recorded. I tried changing the audio device settings in the ps4 with no results. I went into Video Capture Device > properties > audio > analog and all sound went out. No sound from tv. Nothing registering on laptop. Tried skipping the elgato chat link and plugging headset directly into elgato. No results.

All hardware is setup properly as far as i can tell. Has been confirmed ten fold after watching numerous how to videos.

I'm not sure what device to select in the mixer properties menu. While using the laptop I can select the headset and be fine. The only options as seen in the included screenshots are speakers (elgato sound capture) and speakers (realtek audio) which are my laptop speakers.

Any guidance will be appreciated.
