Help with 144hz

Hi, I'm trying to record with OBS on my Acer Nitro 5 144hz monitor and I see that the hz of my screen and the hz of the recording do not match: it seems that OBS records in 60hz. How can I fix this problem.. it's urgent.

You can set whatever recording FPS you want in settings>video. That being said....I would recommend leaving it at 60fps as anywhere you are uploading this to like Youtube is going to play back at 60fps anyways.
