when i try to stream my monitor it shows up black on obs i look up video to help but none of them helped so if you can help me plz post a comment

monitor capture does not work well with switchable graphics. you'll need to use game or window capture.

Yeah sorry, scratch that link, that is for if you are streaming to twitch.
There are two options:
1. try using tvpanel.exe with window capture with the compatability hook enabled
or
2. set QSVHelper.exe to run on your intel gpu via the switchabel graphics program, then you can use game capture
