Question / Help Help! When I stream, my fps drops to around 30-50 (High end FPS game: TF2)

That is the link to my OBS Log file.^^^
I want to stream some TF2 (High end FPS game), without stream i get around 150-200 fps but when I begin streaming with OBS, my frames drop to 30-50 fps. :/
My Download Speed is 80 Mbps
My Upload Speed is 11 Mbps
Please help! Much appreciated! :)

*I also play music while playing/streaming by using a program named "Foobar"

hes at 410p@30 already. In fact he seems to have tried a few different ones. Either way i agree. Recommended 360p @ 30fps max.

also @poopooplatter1213 rules of streaming: Typically dont have tue preview window enabled in obs while streaming nd dont watch your or any other stream up while streaming. That will kill your fps easily
