From that log file, it doesn't seem that you're using a webcam at all. You can tweak the mic delay in the Settings, as the Mic Time Offset to manually nudge your mic audio until it lines up with proper lip-sync. Recommended for best precision to record a video at least 5 minutes long (to let everything settle in the encoding pipeline), do a 'clap test' and then open it in a video editor and count the frames between the video and audio strike. Basic math will give you your offset (30fps, hands hit and then the audio hits 45 frames later? That's a 1500ms offset because 1000ms per second, 30fps, 33ms/frame * 45 frames).
Do remember to set up any webcams as Global Sources, with the audio device Disabled and your mic on the Microphone channel in the settings menu (as it is currently). Having the mic both in the Mic channel and as the webcam's audio device will lead to echo as the audio is processed twice, once for each channel.
As far as the other things, you'll have to list them before we can advise.
