Question / Help Help to improve stream

Hi,

First time user of OBS and streaming software so trying to get my head around things.
I am wondering how I can improve the copy of my stream? 2 things seem to happen when I try to stream.

1. From streaming with no delay, it seems it takes over 10 secs before i see what i did on twitch compared to the pc
2. When I move it often gets blurry, I have tried running at 1080 @ 30 fps and 720 @ 60 fps but appears the same.

I have just got the Quick Sync up aswell.

720 @ 30fps with 3000 bitrate will give you a clear screen
for 720 at 60 fps yousd need to double the bitrate
so this is why 720p at 30 is the most reccmoneded setting you can go with

What about 1080 @ 30? Is there anything ive set up wrong, I have read the set up guides on a few posts but not 100%

as for your delay ... 10 sec is actually pretty damn good on twitch usually the delay is way higher
