When I run the installer I get out here this error: Due to extensive use of DirectX 10 features, Open Broadcaster Software requires Windows Vista SP2 or higher and cannot be installed on this version of windows

Your Windows is too old and cannot run OBS.

Get a newer version of Windows, either Vista with Service Pack 2 or Windows 7/8

And for my windose what software Stream will do to Stream Game Counter-Strike Global Offensive?

I also just got the same error..I am running win 8.1..I used OBS on this O/S before so i dont know what to do ..any help is appreciated
