Question / Help *HELP* Taking too long to encode and Constant disconnects with Twitch.tv

I am trying to stream Counter-Strike:Global Offensive to Twitch.tv

I can stream on the menus, but as soon as I join a game, I get the "Taking to long to encode" error; as well as this, The stream disconnects and will only reconnect if I tab out the game. This is really annoying, and I have followed loads of fix tutorials but none of them work, can anyone help me?

I did overclock it, but I guess that wouldn't be significant, can you recommend a CPU that is relativity low cost but will be able to handle the usage?

Amazingly, the people who try everything are the most likely to skip the stickied posts. When I plug in your log file, it gives the same answer I would have given.

And your CPU is really weak, but you have a nice downscale going on, so you have some hope.

Unfortunately your motherboard would be too old also, you'd need a mostly new computer.
