Help syncing 4K60 preview with 4K60 Display using the Genki ShadowCast 2 Pro

Three days ago, I got my Genki ShadowCast 2 Pro device delivered to my home and have tested it with OBS to see how it works with 1080p60 and 4K60, and only the 1080p60 preview options is perfectly in sync with the display on my Sceptre 55 inch 4K TV, but when I try it with 4K60 with the preview, the preview only lags behind by half a second. Is there a way to synchronize both the preview (in 4K60 mode) and the Display which is my TV (regardless of resolution and console being played) with the Nvidia Control Panel Settings and OBS settings? I am using a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 Ti GPU, and I have a Nintendo Switch OLED, an Xbox Series X, and a PS4 console which I have also tried, and still the same half second delay, but when I try it with the Genki Arcade website meant for the ShadowCast 2 Pro, the preview is perfectly in sync with the display, but the audio is delay by half a second just like the video preview from OBS. If there is no option to synchronize the display and the OBS preview with whatever setting is handy for this, I may have to resort to recording Let's Plays in 1080p60 (I currently do NOT have enough bandwidth to stream in 4K60 to Twitch, Kick, and YouTube yet since I have the T-Mobile Home Internet (which is supposedly faster than my old ISP internet) which the upload speed ranges from 30Mbps to 36Mbps so I am currently looking forward to recording Let's Plays in 4K60 instead). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

NEW post here since I can't edit my current one here: I've finally got the preview synchronized with the display now. All I had to do was change the Capture Card setting in OBS to "Device Default" with the chosen resolution and framerate from "Custom". It's all thanks to some YouTube videos on how to do this.
