Hello all!

I used to be able to stream wakfu but I stopped for a long time and also got a new laptop.
Now I can't because it either doesn't show up or when it does it comes and goes in flashes.

What can I do? I tryed https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/laptop-black-screen-when-capturing-read-here-first.5965/ but either I did it wrong or it didn't work for me.

Help plz?
Post your logfile with questions/help I have no clue until I see whats going on inside OBS

The game capture seems to be flickering due to OBS continually losing connectivity with the openGL hook. make sure the game you are playing is set to use the nvidia as well (like you did with OBS) and switch to x264 and see if you have the same issue with that (you might need to use ultrafast preset).
Lastly,

if you need to use quicksync:

Note: if using quicksync
Set QSVHelper.exe of both to run on the the intel instead of the nvidia

Wakfu does some odd things in its rendering code that make it extremely difficult to capture.

It doesn't let me turn wakfu into nvidia or QSVHelper.exe ... they aren't in the list. and when I can get to it it showns an error when I choose Nvidia and select apply.

QSVHelper needs to go on the intel, not nvidia.

If that isn't working for you, I dont know what to tell you.

you might have to use window capture with compatibility mode enabled.

QSVHelper is actually on Intel, but Wakfu is also on intel and when I try to change it, it shows Acess denied....

Window with compatibility only shows black screen

Change OBS over to intel then and in the settings of OBS, change the video tab to intel as well.

It wont run great but it will probably run.

I think your switchable graphics is fighting for the game back and forth. see if there is already an entry for the game in nvidia or intel. I dont know what else it could be. run as admin?

The game? OBS?

The game has a launcher. I can run the launcher in Nvidia, but donnow if the game itself is in Nvidia.

Going to restart the pc.

If it helps my laptop is Asus ROG750JS-T4074H
