Question / Help Help Stream Skips And Lags

last time i posted on the forums i got told not to use my wireless connection so i am now using wired connection with no issues but the stream keeps skipping and lagging through obs and i dont know whyi stream mostly first person shooter games if that makes a difference

no it doesnt lag on their side i liturally see it in obs on my side skipping all over the place im aware that it can lag on thier side but im talking about from my side i see this skipping about on my obs it slows down the gameplay then all of a sudden it goes really fast
