Be aware that the 'golden point' for non-partnered streamers is 720p, 30fps, 2000kbps. This is the best tradeoff point between resolution, smoothness, image fidelity, and keeping viewer buffering low.
Do not use a custom buffer size, regardless of what the estimator suggests; match it to your bitrate.
